12th International Conference Sustainable Urban Development "Housing for All: Affordability, Inclusivity, and Sustainability"
The 12th International Conference on Sustainable Urban Development (ICSUD), themed "Housing for All: Affordability, Inclusivity, and Sustainability," takes place on October 15th, 2026, at the Vietnamese-German University (VGU) Main Campus, Ring Road 4, Thoi Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The event serves as a platform for researchers, housing experts, policymakers, developers, architects, and designers to exchange ideas and explore approaches to housing development in the new era of development in Vietnam.
The conference is jointly delivered by the Sustainable Urban Development, Architecture, and Economics programs of VGU. Selected papers will be invited for peer review for possible publication in collaboration with Springer-Nature.
